…But the pot he was shaping from the clay was marred in his hands, so the potter
formed it into another pot, shaping it as seemed best to him. -Jeramiah 18:4
DRIVE-UPS
We’ll have to admit there are a lot of different ideas coming out of all of this. A lot of businesses becoming creative in how to reach their customers! Some of it is kind of fun—has shaken things up a bit, made us try new things! Really, who ever thought this is how we would be running our schools? A drive up-education?? “I’ll take some Reading and Grammar lessons please with no Math and extra recess time! And throw a little Art in with that too!” Thankfully, we have teachers guiding the process, and in essence, still giving the lessons! Too many choices and convenience and not enough guidance–it becomes a free-for-all.
In our daily lives, we like to call the shots. We may ask for God’s help but expect it on r terms. We often demand things happen on our timeline and not understand that God allows certain things to happen. We must trust His plan and allow the Holy Spirit to take control. It’s not easy. Life would be so much simpler with a drive-up approach than actually getting involved and investing our time in something better.
We hope everyone is adapting to this change and making the best of it and seeing it as an opportunity to spend time with your children and parent them the way you know how–with God’s guidance (and some help on the academic side of things from our teachers )!

LESS IS MORE
We celebrated Dr. Seuss’s birthday this week! Did you know that his famous “Green Eggs and Ham” book was written on a bet? He was bet that he could not write a book that had a good story in 50 words or less! Using only 49 words, his book has sold over 200 million copies!
It’s not how long we talk or how many words that matters. It is what we say that is important!
May God always give us the right words at the right time!
