One of the activities of National Lutheran Schools Week this year was a penny war. Mrs. King encouraged donations by agreeing to dress in a chicken costume for a day if a goal of $200 was reached.
“NO PROBLEM” said the students. Over $300 was raised and will be donated to the ILC Guatemala mission team.
